to day i got to work with the rest of doc's students when we work with the kid's from the YMCA.. the first thing the kids did was paint the rocks we collected yesterday ladybugs. the little kids enjoyed it the most because probably the were in kindergarten and the like to paint. we also helped the kids plant some seed in the cups we filled yesterday. then once the kids was done i had to clean out all the cups so the next set of kids could have clean water and clean brushes. then once all the group of kids was done we put them on the paper so Martha can put the dots on them so we can give them back to them all done then i went to lunch. after lunch we went to the greenhouse to drop off the cups and then we came to the libary to blog for the day.

today was the most hardest day so far. i started the the day with my mentor's helping them put soil in to the cups so the children can plant there seed in them. then after we fill all the cups we went into the greenhouse to get the tomato plants that was still good so we can plant them. after we got the plants we went down to the farm and Ashton planted them while me, Morgan and Megan we started to weed the field and then Dr. MacArthur brought two things that i forgot the name of and then we each took turns using it on the field then it was my turn and i was doing good at first then i accidentally ran over a water line and parts of it was warped around the blades. then one of the workers came to help me untangle it and then i went back to weeding the fields. then the nest couple of min i went to lunch and at lunch i work on my questions till people in my group came then i talk for a while till it was time to leave. then i met up back with my mentors we went back to the greenhouse to pick rocks to the children can to the ladybug activity. after we got the rocks we risen them off then we chilled for a while. then we came to the libary so we can do or blog for the day.

oday my mentor had forgotten me for a second time but it was all god because it gave me some time to think on my project. i first started by looking u p what sociology meant by looking it up in a dictionary. then the second thing i did was look up the history on the word and see the scientists who was in the field. like i learn The term sociology was first used in 1780 by the French essayist Emmanuel Joseph Sieyès The word was later used in 1838 by the French thinker Auguste Comte. Auguste Comte has come to be view as the "father of sociology because of his teachings. after i read his bio i started to think about what my project should be about, the first thing i thought about was put the subjects in a certain condition and see what they would do but it would be to complicate to do with little children. So the second choice was to interview the children about there participation during the program and what they learn doing it. so after i wrote the first set of questions i went to lunch. after lunch i went to wait for Ashton but got left again then i went to mill bank to work on the questions then Dr. Brown drove me to the farm to help Ashton and Morgan weed the vegetables boxes we went to the libary so i can do my blog for the day.
